v20.1 Fame Checker [v19/v20] 2.1.1

My name is Domx9200, I created this Fame Checker back in v19 but never posted it here. I just recently updated it to v20 so I felt like I should attempt to spread it a bit further. As it stands I am maintaining support for both v19 and v20, and will likely continue to update them with additional changes as the essentials versions continue to rise. currently, I intend active support v19 until v22 and v20 until v23, but will maintain previous versions even after they leave active dev. I don't intend to let the older versions disappear on people.

It does all the things the original Fame Checker did in FRLG but also has an additional feature. you can have as many pips of information as you want per character, be-it 1, or 200. this code should be able to support it (though it'll be tough to keep track of 200 bits of info). And it will also allow for as many people as you want as well.

I just recently posted an update, which is that rewrite i promised, that includes a whole bunch of updates to it. Please take some time to look at it because a lot has changed.
