Overworlds FRLG NPCs with raised hands/arms 2021-09-06

In FRLG, you could rematch a trainer using the VS seeker. When a trainer was willing to battle to battle you, they'd have a little animation of them raising their hands or their arms. I thought that could be useful for FRLG-style games looking to add some more movements in the overworld, so I put them together in a couple of RMXP-formatted sheets!

Initially, these were just the direct rips, and so some characters only had one arm raised, and others had both. I did a bit of editing so that every character had a sprite for both actions, but I'm not a spriter, and the alternate perspective was giving me trouble on the one-arm sprites, so some of those don't hold up under scrutiny. (The sailor and hiker especially, ew)



Just put these in Graphics/Characters, and use a moveroute command to change the event's graphic to the sprite you need!

Characters are organized alphabetically, left to right, top to bottom. (With the exception of NPC 05, who's at the end)
