This pack is for just that kind of scenario- every available item sprite in SwSh, Essentials-formatted and ready to go! Pick your folder, drag it into Graphics/Items (or Graphics/Icons if you're prior to v19), and replace all the files there!
It's broken down into a few folders- there's v18 and v19 file naming, and within those two, you can choose between having your items on a 48x48 canvas (like in default Essentials) or the bigger 64x64 canvas that started being used when Pokemon moved to the 3DS. (Well, technically, 24x24 and 32x32, but they have to be upscaled for Essentials) The 64x64 packs will have all possible sprites included, but you may need to make the UI a bit bigger for sprites like the Forage Bag:
By contrast, the 48x48 sprites should all fit nicely into the vanilla UI and and any other UI using that size window, but a few sprites were tweaked to fit the smaller canvas, and some sprites are missing entirely.
Where applicable, everything is named with its internal name (v19) or id number (versions prior), but there's a few hundred items that aren't already coded into Essentials- those are in a little subfolder labelled "Not in PBS".
There's also a pack of 24x24 held item icons put together by AiurJordan! You can find them here! You'd put that pack in Graphics/Pictures/Party!

The following items are all absent from SwSh, even after datamining:
- Gen 4's Mail (was replaced with Gen 5's mail)
- Old Sea Map
- The original designs for the item finder/dowsing machine (the one from ORAS exists, but it’s vastly different)
