Added Compatibility for the Pokemon Box Link item added from the gen 8 project

Properly aligned text in the party menu and disabled info for limits higher than 14 (because it looked stupid)

-Party limits are between 1-20, with 3,5,7,11,13,17 and 19 being invalid party values
-Simple script calls to set benching limits and party limits (see code for use)

New Version!

Version 3 is now out for Essentials 18! the new feature is Benching, which allows you to limit the number of pokemon the player may use in battle.
