Added a script version for v18

Fixed Error

Fixed the mapname error.

Added Switch support

Added support for setting up a switch in the settings. This will allow to dynamically turn the EV/IV screen on and off.

But if you set the switch SHOW_IV_EV_IN_SUMMARY to true, the screen will always be shown no matter if the switch is turned on or off.
