Fixes

Some fixes and streamlining from ThatWelshOne_ were made today. They also worked on a v19 version but I know a lot of folks are just finishing porting to v18 or starting games on v18 so I am keeping this here for their use. The v19 version will be posted by ThatWelshOne_ themselves.

V18.1 Massive Update

The resource no longer supports v17.2.

The UI now lists encounters by encounter type on separate pages (only displaying a page if it has encounters to show)

The UI will hide Pokemon you have no seen with a "?" icon
