I've played a lot of Fan-Games(Pokemon) with custom Battle Backgrounds. Been trying to figure out how to make my own, Thank you very much!

I've been trying to come up with my own battle backgrounds FOREVER, and it always ended up looking too much like vector art. Now I know how to make it look more official to the games! Thanks a ton!
