[v18] Phenomenon: BW Style Grass Rustle, Cave Dust & More!

This latest update contains massive performance improvements and v18 compatibility.

v1.1: Optional chances for shininess, egg moves, some perfect IVs and hidden abilities!

Updated to v1.1. This version allows the user to optionally enable a 4x higher probability of shininess, and a 1/user-defined value chance of having a random egg move, 1-2 perfect ivs or their hidden ability.
