GUI Pokemon Windowskins 1

Set up-
Put the downloaded files in ...graphics/windowskins folder
Then open RMXP and go to script editor
In "PScreen_Options" use ctrl+f to find $SpeechFrames = [
In the list below paste
"PLA (1)",
"PLA (3)",
"PLA (2)",
"PLA (4)",
