Rare Hunters Addition Collection

This update includes all the OWs for the Rare Hunters in Gen 3 style. Only the Rare Hunter Grunts (M & F) have Gen 4 & 5 OWs sprites. In addition, it includes graphics for the transitions, audio for battle and battlebacks.
