v21.1 Simple Diagonal Movement Support 1.0.1

This simple plugin allows the player to move in diagonal directions in additional to the normal four. I couldn't find any existing plugins for this when helping someone out in Discord, so I quickly made this. If one DOES already exist, and it's more robust than this one, just use that one :)

What this plugin does

• Allows the player to move in diagonal directions using the already-baked-in upper/lower left/right commands that can be used in event commands
• Adds an Options Menu option for the player to turn of diagonal directions

What this plugin does NOT do

• Change the graphics of the player to use diagonal facing sprites
• Any special handling that Essentials code doesn't already do regarding upper/lower left/right commands. This includes handling for ledge jumps and any waterfall/surfing -> land interactions as those aren't baked in to base essentials code.

Setup and Usage
Simply install the plugin, and you're all set.
