- Pokémon Essentials Version
- v21.1 ✅
When you use debug commands to set things like moves and abilities, it provides the full list of that data type. Sure, you can sort alphabetically which is great, but what if you really just want to find that one move that has the word "xylophone" in it?
This plugin allows you to do a quick search in most debug menus like this. For instance, when using the debug menu to add a move to a Pokemon, you can search for "mega" to find all your moves with that in the name.
How to use
1) In most debug lists, press the F key on your keyboard. It will prompt you to type in what you want to search for.
2) Type out your search. It's based on the string and compares even the ID number (so, you can type 9 and it will search for any item that has a 9 in the ID or name). When you're done, press Enter.
3) Once a search is run, the full list is overwritten until you back out. You can still sort by ID or alphabetically, but any further searches will only search on that new list based on your results.
4) If you want the full list back, you'll need to back out of the list and reopen it.
Versions
This works with both v20 and v21.
