v21.1 Berry Core and Dex 1.5.1

With so many Berries available, I always thought a Berrydex would be a nice addition to the game. Using the existing Pokedex in Essentials as a base, I've created the Berrydex Plugin.

Note: This also acts as a Berry Core for other plugins I've created. It can be used on its own, but will be required for some of my other Berry-related plugins.

Version

• This plugin works for v20.1
• This plugin mostly works for v21.1. There may be things I missed, and I have some work to do on the PBS compiling before I'm 100% ready to say it's fully compatible.

Features

• Berrydex: Creates a Berrydex for the player. Similar to a Pokedex, berries are registered when they are added to the bag. You can view several pieces of information.
  • The general list of the Berrydex will include showing how many total Berries the player has gathered, as well as how many the player has planted.

  • Berrydex entries has two pages by default. The Tag page shows Size, Firmness, Flavor, and a description of the berry (different that the one the Item has). Flavor will either show using circles like in Gen 3, or using a pentagon graph like in Gen 4 (Pentagon graph requires Marin's Better Bitmaps plugin)

  • The Plant page shows information related to growing the berry, like Growth Time, Harvest yield, and how fast it dries out. Additionally, if using my Berry Planting Improvements plugin (version 1.3+), it will list the berry's preferred weather and zones to grow in.

  • If using my Berry Planting Improvements plugin, an additional Mutations page can appear in the Berrydex. The Mutations page shows Mutations that can occur with the berry, either if the berry is a Parent or an Offspring. Two of these Mutation combinations are shown on screen at once, but multiple pages will be available if there are more than two defined.

  • The Battle page shows information pertaining to battles, like the Fling power, Natural Gift type and Power, and effect when used in battle.

Setup and Usage
Please use the Setup and Documentation document provided in the downloaded .zip for all the setup and how to use the Berrydex. Everything should be plug-and-play, but there are settings you can tweak and some manual setup for any custom berries your game uses.

Future

• Finish v21.1 conversion.
• I may look into supporting multiple Berrydexes. I personally don't see a reason to unless you have multiple regions and only some berries are available in them. If there is a want for it, I'll boost the priority in looking into supporting it.
• If people have other ideas for information to add to the Berrydex, I'll look into supporting them!
