This changes some of the Mining Minigame colors, such as making the mining rewards resemble their item sprite colors more and in general make everything more vibrant.
Items included are as follows:
Pixie Plate, Blank Plate, Dusk Stone, Dawn Stone, Shiny Stone, Ice Stone, Relic Copper, Relic Silver, Relic Gold, Plume Fossil, Cover Fossil, Jaw Fossil, Sail Fossil, Comet Shard, Nugget, Big Nugget, optional Megastones, and Gems of every type.
There is also a ??? Plate and ??? Gem, though these are not included in the item table by default as they aren't existing items. You will need to add those manually yourself if you happen to have a use for them.
Pay attention to the provided "Read Me" notepad, it has everything already set up for you.
All it needs is to be pasted in the correct area.
