v21.1 Level Based Mixed EV System and Allocator v1.0.5

I found out generation 9 pack was breaking the summary part of this plugin. Now it doesn't anymore.

Thanks to grogro being more motivated than me at dealing with Essentials v21.1, the nessecary edits have been done to make this plugin compatible with it.
I also tested it with the BW Summary Screen and it seems to work!

Also added a fix (in both versions) posted above for not being able to select and swap moves if you were not using the BW Summary Screen.

Both v20.1 and v21.1 versions are accomodated in the same thread and the download link is a mediafire folder containing both. I considered this a better course of action than making a new thread.

Also the images are back in the original post!

• BW Summary: the SHOW_EV_IV and SHOW_IV_RATINGS now behave independently.
• SHOW_EV_IV turning off will only disable IVs visibility.
• An edited BW summary graphics image for the invisible IVs is included
