A simple converter which reformats the PBS file "encounters.txt" from the format used in Pokémon Essentials v16 and v17 to the format used in v20.
Simply place a copy of your "encounters.txt" in the same folder as the .jar file and run it. It will automatically create a new file called "encounters_new.txt".
Replace the content of the "encounters.txt" in your PBS folder with the content of the new file.
(Make sure to always keep a backup copy, in case something goes wrong.)
