For this to work you need a 512x384 pixels gif
The ones in the video already are the required size
Also provided in the mediafire link are the bgms with sfx for Team Plasma and Swords of justice themes
WARNING : DOING THE BELOW EDITS WILL REMOVE ALL THE SINGLE TRAINER BATTLE ANIMATIONS AND REPLACE IT WITH FADE TO BLACK (Which Tbh makes the trainer battle into feel faster)

Basically Go to your RPG Maker XP and Open Script editor and change

Now change the animation that plays when you encounter someone

Same applies for double and wild battles
Now get your gifs and put them in Pokemon Essentials\Graphics\Pictures
Don't place them in any folder inside Pictures folder
Place the oggs in Pokemon Essentials\Audio\BGM
We use the show picture function along with play bgm
If the bgm played is same as the battle bgm for the trainer the song continues without breaking/restarting
Here's an example on how to use it

Below is the list for the wait frames for the gifs provided
- Galactic - 30 frames
- Plasma - 70 frames
- Flare - 9 frames
- Skull - 80 frames
- Aqua - 40 frames
- Magma - 60 frames
As seen in the video demonstration the Event begins when player steps on a certain tile
Once that happens the cobalion approches the player
Screen slash gif plays out
but then what follows it is another gif called "Cobalion" which is actually a screenshot of the cobalion standing in front of the player which is converted into a gif with screen shatter effect
Which then gets replaced with black screen to hide the wild transition without making the default one a fade to black like we did with trainer one above

Due to the specific spot player and cobalion need to be for this to work it is played out as an event which only triggers when player is in the said spot
