Similar to the anime, you need to register for the Pokemon League, then you can get the badgecase.
Features:
I suggest you put another computer in every Pokemon Center which calls pbLeaguePC. Of course, you can do it any other way and anywhere you want.
On the PC the player can register for the Pokemon League.
The trainer card will automatically be overridden and changed to the plugin one.
When the player meets the requirements for the next rank of expertise, he can upgrade his trainer card on the PC.

Important to know:
- I saved some space by creating 2 basic ranks: pre-registered ("NOVICE") and the lowest rank of trainer ("ROOKIE"). Instead of keeping a variable if the player registered, it checks if the player upgrade its rank.
- You can change some staff on the configuration file (Plugins/NTC_LPC/TrainerCard_Config.txt)
- You can change the expertises on the following file: Plugins/NTC_LPC/TrainerCard_Experties.txt (as long as you make 2 basic ranks like I wrote above and updating the "unregistered rank" on the configuration to match yours)
