Fog like in Pokemon Fire Red Game V1.1

-Updated the fog.png image file to a ripped version and a more cleaned version from Pokemon Fire Red.
-Added instructions that will fix a visual bug when using this resource on the maps, and if the player was defeated in battle, and then teleported into healing maps, like PokeCenters, which this fog animations will still plays, which it isn't supposed to.
