I think the boldore is a bug/error, a pokemon that is not supposed to be in there (not even recorded on pokedex). I got mine to lvl 100 still nothing happened...- raven21

Dawn stone can be bought at the market in Hagane City (the first city after you left your hometown). Sun stone can be mined at Hanatsu Mine.
