What way did you download the game? I think you need the game files not the launcher.exe to play. You can get the files for each update here: https://gitlab.com/PokemonDark/Dark/-/releases

JoiPlay now works btw, just download their latest version from patreon!

Not at the moment, typically JoiPlay can be used on Android but it's not working with the version of Pokémon Essentials I'm using. Hopefully soon
