I put it in Aseprite, for some reason the pallet was like 50 squares of a transparent color or black or something? So I just deleted all of them and exported it as "PRAS- False Swips2" and then changed the current animation sheet to the new one I made.
Alright so:

Hi so I'm pretty new to this and I'm trying to make a simple event but it doesn't seem to work.
What I'm trying to do is get into a wild battle when interacting with an event, when in battle I want to make it so that before the player or the wild Pokemon can move, a text message appears saying...
I'm trying but I notice that no matter how long I hold the Ctrl key while I boot up the game it still says "Game data was not compiled".
If I try to compile from the game it gives me an error about Butterfree.

I Installed and uninstalled this like 3 times just to make sure I'm doing everything right but this still doesn't work for me.
Every time I compile the game it gives me two error messages:

Okay, it works now but it always changes the size of the screen, if my screen is small then it changes the screen to be too big, and if my screen is big then it just shows a bit of the battle and the rest of the screen is black...
