I didn't quite understand, but it works like this:
You configure an encounter method (PhenomenonGrass, PhenomenonCave...) on the map, and from the moment the switch is on, the defined encounters will start appearing on any tile near the player for that map.
If the map doesn't have the encounter...

Some $player variables is been shared between saves.
As I noted unltil now, eggs_hatched an time played are been shared.
And I imagine it shouldn't be like that.
Sugestion:
Add BDSP and LGPE OST for HD versions of Sinnoh and Kanto soundtracks
Also, if possible, add USUM for 3DS Soundfont legendary themes!
