in pokemon 3rd gym the lift stop and the game freeze is there going be a fix soon thanks

there a bug in pokemon 3rd gym in typhos it keeps blocking me witha computer can you fix it please it geting very annyoing to go and escape all of from the cave thanks when i used the escape rope it takes me bakc to the first cave that goes to the silunis city also the lift stop in 3rd gym thanks i like the game alot
