Sorry for the late reply. I redownloaded the version from the front page, and it is still broken for me. Here's my save file if that helps. ( I beat the grunt in registeel room, but not the ones in regirock or regice rooms.)

I checked, Roarark doen't appear until after you beat the grunt in the regice room. (unless he's hidden somewhere, but he appears outside of the pkcenter after the fights)

Thanks, it works, but theres a grunt in the way and I have to fight the guy in the regice room to progress, but theres no dawn sprite. Beat the fight, my machop has -3k exp to next level. Was there supposed to be a fight in the regirock room? Made it to stark mountian, no mining spots...
