    Sorry for asking questions after the fan game came out so long ago, but i cant find a way to evolve rufflet into its hisuian form, ive tried making em go to lv 54 with the hisuian sand at night,day,in foggy areas ive seen if evo stones worked, ive seen if going past lv 54 with the sand worked...
