where can you find fire types? is anyone else struggling to catch beldum? cause this pokemons catch rate is so low, i cant even catch it with 10 great balls

quick question, where do you find eevee? ive been running around trying to find one to evolve it into sylveon ah, nvm just found out that eevee isnt in the list ( i think ) anyways, how do you evolve haunter?
