Of course they are! As long as your game isn't breaking the site's Rules and Regulations, Code of Conduct, or somehow our Terms of Service, then it's welcome here. It doesn't even have to be monster-catcher related, that's just how the community originally formed.

Added catbox.moe, a free alternative image hosting website. Imgur has been blocked in the UK, so unfortunately isn't a site I will be using on the EE forums in the future.

No issues for me, sorry. I just downloaded it again just now and extracted out the zip folder's contents to a brand new folder, no issues. 😅

What troubleshooting did you try? I would try extracting the folder's contents again into the folder, maybe some files didn't get extracted properly. That's usually why it's asking you to check the game's INI again.
