Anyone know why I cant open my gym. Im ground type rank 0 I have Phanphy, Golett and Palpitoad in my party both Golett and Phanphy have earthquake but palpitoad doesnt but is secondary ground type. do I need to get a Seismitoad?

But then why do the files for this game say that if I'm looking to edit them to look at the wiki

I know but I looked on the wiki and It told me the code needed but not where to put the code

If what I'm asking isn't allowed then I'll stop but in the files it says to check the wiki to learn how to edit the files and I just want to know if its possible/where to start to edit your team

Can someone help, I'm trying to edit my team but I cant find the file that I would do it in and the wiki was no help
