The swap effect works. At least some of the time. I couldn't figure out what triggered it to work, though. No name rater (not that I have found and I explored everywhere, including the vacation towns. Also, Dragon is available to choose at the beginning.

You might not be able to get Deino because it is one of the 3 options for the dragon gym leader starter. Zorua can be found at night in the area left of the town. Im assuming its a rare encounter since I've only come across it a couple of times. I might have seen it in the area south of the town...

Does anyone know how to evolve certain pokemon that require trading? I couldn't figure out how to get Electabuzz or Graveler to evolve, even with Electabuzz holding the electirizer (tried using and holding). Anyone know how? Or if it's even possible??
