Me is NOOB at battling but fight me in Showdown if you want. I play POKEMON casually unless they have easy EV training methods. I'm Australian I guess.

Does anyone know how to mega evolve? Like do I just give it to the Pokemon and then there will be an option to mega evolve in battle or do I require the Odd Keystone? Maybe it's something else

Where can I find/buy the Battle Vest? I looked all the reference documents and the epochipedia, still can't find it.

This is my current team, I'm using Epoch variants only. I just don't know what I should pick as my last Pokemon, could somebody give me some suggestions? I would preferably like a special attacker, thanks. ( These Pokemon have their Epoch Varient types.)
