Hello ! Nice to meet you. I'm currently building a Pokémon mmo for android/mobile
I'm calling it "Pokémon Old Johto MMO".
Development is coming along well. But help would be nice.
THE IDEA is basically like pokemmo but set In the gbc style johto. With twists... lots of them.

• Looking to recruit: Unity dev, c# coder, spriters, I don't really need a audio guy. But I do need testers and maybe someone who wants to help mod the game when it's done?
• Team Name/Team Members: I would LOVE to have a team name. Let's create one ! Right now it's just me so... idk
• Kit used: I built it in Unity, using C#, mobile dev kit. Sprites from the internet.
• Project description: so it's a mmo built with old sprites..BUT , I'm letting players be classes. Like team rocket or police. And I'm letting them have battle events like ... rockets try to rob a pokemart. The police try to stop them. Stuff like that. There's also pvp and trading.maybe the players can become gym leaders.
• Plot outline: mostly above. I'm not looking to add a huge main quest , but we can talk about one!

• UNIQUE FEATURES: I'm adding a pokewalker function
• using the players mobile device as a stepometer or pedometer,
• the Types and mechanics of pokemon have been altered a bit. For simplicity, example fairies are normal type again or whatever they were before fairy came out. Adding food farming, unlockable skins, special event Pokémon.

• Unique mon, like a ghost eeveelution.

This hasn't even been posted for 2 days. Recruitment posts already have a low interest rate here. You can't expect a flood of people within 24 hours when you may only get like 1 nibble in over a month.

It's your project so you can do what you want, but giving up after 2 days seems a bit hasty. If you haven't already, I would also look at recruiting in several other communities.
